My Czech friend was so excited about this phrase.
The Japanese language has many meanings for vocabulary.
The basis of piano lessons is very important.
When you will get that, it depends on you. If you make mistakes, never mind!

We are not machines.

Actually, I think music is simple. We just complicate it unnecessarily. It would be so nice if we could express ourselves through music.
When you enjoy playing, the listener will also be happy.

Music is therapy.

My profession is classical music, but we can learn pieces that you want.
Lessons are available at my house or online. It's possible to start learning about from 5 years old, and there is no age limit for adults.

Profile

Maya Okamoto finished Musashino Academia Musicae in Tokyo.

In 2006 she received a scholarship from the Czech embassy, leading her to study at the Janacek academy in Brno.
She successfully obtained master's degree in 2011.


Subsequently Maya Okamoto dedicated herself to teaching and sharing her musical expertise.
From 2011 to 2023 she provided instruction at various national art schools in Czech Republic. Additionally, she imparted her knowledge at the Janacek Conservatory from 2015 to 2023, offering lessons and accompanying students of string instruments.


Maya Okamoto showcased her musical talent through numerous concerts, not only in her native in Japan, but also in Czech Republic. Her performances encompassed both chamber music and solo pieces with a primary focus on collaborations with string instruments.

Throughout her career Maya Okamoto participated in various masterclasses and received inspiration from renowned professors such as M.Lapsansky, A.Bavcev, A.Zenziper, J.Jindic and E.Halim(the last pupil of Vladimir Horowitz).
Her diverse education included certainly from professors like Mrs.T.Ogawa, Mrs.N.Yamauchi, Mrs.E.Kushido, Mr.J.Horak, Mr.J.Jirasky, Mr.J.Skovajsa, Mr.J.Smykal, as well as studying chamber music under prof.M.Vacek, prof.J.Smykal, harpshicord under prof. L.Fiserova.
